HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

You must log in using the LOGIN link at the top of the website. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your Dashboard and once you are on this page click ‘CHANGE PASSWORD’. Simply enter your current password, then input your preferred new password, confirm it and click ‘SAVE’.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

After you log in, you will be able to update your account details in the Dashboard. Once you are logged in, click on Account Information where you can review and update your Account details.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

When this happens, simply click ‘Forgot Password?’ then enter your email address registered in Everbest website and click Submit. You will receive an email to a link and once you are on this page, you can enter your new password, confirm and click ‘RESET PASSWORD’.

HOW DO I REGISTER IN TRACCE SHOES WEBSITE?

You can register in EVERBEST shoes website by clicking ‘REGISTER’ at the top of our website, and complete the details required.

HOW DO I GET MY WELCOME VOUCHER?

Register your account! Your welcome voucher will be automatically added to your account and it will be valid for only 7 days. Get IDR 50,000 off for your first order.

Purchase products easily by going to the product page, pick a size and color you like, and click ADD TO CART button. Finally, you only need to continue with the checkout process and we will contact you to finalize the purchase.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you do not need an account in Everbest website to place an order. As your checkout method, just pick ‘Checkout as Guest’ when you are about to checkout.

Currently we are not serving our International customers through www.everbestshoes.com

DOES EVERBEST SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

You could do that by placing an order for each different address.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED BUT HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

You may track your parcel through website http://www.jne.co.id. Simply input your tracking number into and it will give you the details of the parcel location. If you need more help, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@everbestshoes.com

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT ONLINE?

Yes, we will help you exchange the item by following the Return Purchase Procedure and you will receive an E-Voucher code to re-order the desired merchandise.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE TO STORE?

Unfortunately, you cannot return any merchandise purchased online in TRACCE physical store.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You are required to send an email informing us about the item that you would like to return. From there we will help you fill out the form Everbest Return Form, and ensure to attach the form in the parcel of the item you would like to return.
