Shipping policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery services available on our website. By completing a transaction, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms.
A. General Terms & Conditions
- Delivery services are provided through third-party logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery times are not binding and are subject to change.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of recipient data and shipping addresses.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to:
- Force majeure (natural disasters, riots, government policies, etc.)
- Traffic conditions, extreme weather, or operational constraints by the logistics provider
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
B. Shipping Service Terms
1. Shipping Areas and Fees
We provide delivery services to the areas listed on the Site. Shipping fees, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times will be clearly informed to consumers before the transaction is completed. Any changes to shipping fees or delivery areas will be announced in advance through the Site.
2. Delivery Time
Orders with available stock (in-stock) will be processed and shipped in accordance with the estimated delivery time stated on the product page. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier operational issues, or force majeure events.
3. Instant Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 hours from order confirmation.
- Only available in certain areas and operating hours.
- Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once processed.
- If the recipient cannot be contacted within 10 minutes:
- Delivery is considered failed
- Shipping costs and orders are non-refundable
- Damage due to negligence can be claimed through insurance.
- Instant Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
4. Same Day Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is on the same day (approximately 6–12 hours).
- Cut-off times apply according to operational policies.
- The cut-off time will be implemented at 3:00 PM WIB every day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
- Cancellations are not available once the order has been submitted to the logistics team.
- Same Day Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
5. Regular Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Excludes holidays and special conditions in the delivery area.
- The tracking number will be sent via email after the item is handed over to the logistics partner.
- Customers can track and review the item after it is shipped.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, consumers will receive shipping information in the form of:
- Shipping confirmation; and/or
- A tracking number or shipment reference code, where available.
Consumers may track the shipment through the tracking system provided by the relevant courier service provider.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
a. Before Shipment
- Order Cancellation — Consumers are not allowed to cancel their order once the transaction is successful. Any cancellation fees (if applicable) will be transparently disclosed prior to cancellation.
- Change of Address or Order Details — Consumers are not allowed to change their address details once the transaction is successful.
b. After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation or address changes are subject to the policies of the courier service provider. Any additional costs arising from changes or cancellations after shipment will be clearly communicated to the consumer and must obtain the consumer's prior approval.
8. Shipping Risk
The risk of loss or damage to goods during the shipping process remains the responsibility of the seller until the goods are received by the consumer, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
Consumers are required to inspect the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt.
9. Goods Not Received or Not as Ordered
If:
- The goods are not received;
- The goods are received in a damaged condition or do not match the order,
The consumer must contact us immediately, no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date the goods are received or from the date the shipment status indicates delivery.
We will conduct verification and provide solutions in accordance with applicable laws, which may include:
- Reshipment;
- Replacement of goods;
- Refund.
10. Liability and Limitations
We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, logistics system disruptions, force majeure or government policies.
Nevertheless, we will continue to provide reasonable assistance and necessary information to consumers.
11. Consumer Complaints Service
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, consumers have the right to submit complaints regarding delivery services. Complaints may be submitted through:

12. Policy Amendments
This Shipping & Delivery Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be announced through the Site and shall take effect as of the effective date stated there in.
